- Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaning solutions, as they can scratch or dull the surface.  

- Store in a dry, cool place, preferably in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box, to prevent scratches and oxidation.

Jewelry returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a return, please contact us in writing within 72 hours of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include the reason for the return. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including full insurance for the purchase price.  

Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition. We are not responsible for lost, underinsured, or damaged items during return transit. Returns without prior authorization, a stated reason, or items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted.
