Returns
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to purchase.
Antique and vintage items are sold as is and are non-returnable.
Floral arrangements and other perishable goods are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
We are happy to answer questions regarding condition, dimensions, functionality, or suitability prior to purchase—please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Items sent back without prior written return authorization will not be accepted.
If a return has been authorized:

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return transit.

Damaged items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please note: If your country of residence is not the United States, delivery and return timelines may be longer than expected.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hi@catchmewhenyoucan.com so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item once the return has been processed.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with EU regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 3 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification.
To qualify:

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, with original packaging and documentation.

Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
If a return is approved and the item is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
