1960s Swedish Rosewood Planter Stand with Tray

Dimensions:
17″ H × 19.75″ W × 18.75″ D

Description:
A refined Scandinavian planter stand crafted in richly grained rosewood, Sweden, circa 1960s. The architectural frame supports a removable metal tray, creating a clean modern silhouette typical of Nordic design of the period. The warm tone and subtle figuring of the rosewood contrast beautifully with the pale tray, producing a balanced composition that feels both functional and sculptural.

The removable tray allows the piece to function equally well as a planter, serving table, or compact side table. Its restrained proportions and elegant joinery embody the quiet authority and refined practicality associated with mid-century Swedish design.

Suggested Placement:
Ideal beside a lounge chair with a sculptural plant, or styled as a small drinks table in a reading corner, sunroom, or modern living space.

Condition Report:
Very good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. Minor scuffs and light soiling to the tray surface and small nicks to the wood frame consistent with use.
